TYCT5 series permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor
The TYCT5 series is a fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, ultra-efficient three-phase magnetic-assist synchronous reluctance motor designed and manufactured using novel magnetic-assist synchronous reluctance motor technology. Its energy efficiency meets the national standard for first-level energy efficiency (IEC standard: IE5), featuring high efficiency, large starting torque, and low noise and vibration. The motor contains no rare earth permanent magnet materials, boasting a simple, stable, and reliable structure. It adopts a standard small to medium-sized asynchronous motor housing, facilitating easy on-site replacement and allowing for a reduction of 1 to 2 frame sizes. It is an efficient motor drive solution that is highly energy-efficient and conserves rare earth resources.

YE5 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor
The YE5 series three-phase induction motor is a fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage type motor with IE5 efficiency, independently developed and launched by our company. Its efficiency index meets the highest energy efficiency level 1 specified in GB18613-2020 "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-phase Induction Motors", which is consistent with IE5 as per IEC60034-30. Additionally, it features excellent performance, safe and reliable operation, lower vibration and noise compared to similar products, and complies with environmental protection requirements.

XYT series high-efficiency three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor
As we all know, an electric motor is a machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, and this energy conversion must utilize a magnetic field as a platform. Under the same load conditions, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) reduce stator current and stator copper losses compared to asynchronous motors. Since rare earth permanent magnet motors operate at synchronous speed, there is no slip between the stator and rotor, resulting in no rotor copper loss and iron loss during stable operation. This, in turn, allows for the reduction of fans, and the corresponding windage and friction losses can also be reduced. Based on the fact that rare earth permanent magnet motors do not require reactive excitation current, they can significantly improve the power factor to the limit value of 1.0. Due to the reduction in various losses of rare earth permanent magnet motors, their efficiency is significantly improved. Compared to asynchronous motors of the same specification, the efficiency can be increased by 4 to 8 percentage points. Moreover, PMSMs can maintain high efficiency and power factor within the rated load range of 20% to 120%, making energy saving more significant at light loads.
